SECTION 01Privacy Policy
Precision Aerial Industries (“PAI,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our contact form: name, company, email, phone, project description, and any access notes you provide.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel) used for security and operational debugging — IP address, user agent, and request timestamps.
- Aerial imagery, video, and survey data captured during paid engagements with our clients. This data is owned by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
- We do not store payment information; invoicing is handled through standard banking channels.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a flight plan or quote.
- To deliver the service you have hired us for, including coordinating with property owners, clients, and the FAA where required.
- To comply with applicable laws, including FAA Part 107 record-keeping requirements.
Aerial data & third parties on the ground
We follow FAA Part 107 rules and avoid capturing identifiable images of bystanders where reasonably possible. If people, vehicles, or sensitive infrastructure are inadvertently captured, we will redact or destroy that footage on request.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless a project moves forward, in which case they are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and regulatory record-keeping.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold by emailing joshua@paimontana.com. We respond within one business day.
SECTION 02Terms of Service
These terms apply to anyone using this website and to clients engaging PAI for aerial services. By submitting a project brief or contracting our services, you agree to the following.
Use of this website
This site is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it for commercial use, or submit fraudulent inquiries.
Engagements & quotes
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and remain valid for 30 days.
- Final scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in a written work order signed by both parties before any flight.
- Schedule and execution are subject to weather, airspace authorization, and FAA Part 107 operational rules.
Deliverables & ownership
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client owns the final aerial deliverables (orthomosaics, models, footage, reports). PAI retains the right to use a representative still or short clip from each engagement in our portfolio unless the client opts out at engagement time.
Cancellations & weather
- Flights cancelled or rescheduled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a mobilization fee.
- Flights cancelled by PAI for weather, airspace, or safety reasons are rescheduled at no charge.
Liability & warranty
Services are delivered to commercial-grade tolerances described in each work order. PAI's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that imagery or models substitute for licensed surveying, structural engineering, or legal certifications unless explicitly stated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Gallatin County, Montana.
SECTION 03Insurance & Credentials
We carry the licenses, authorizations, and coverage you would expect from a commercial aerial operator, and we are happy to send certificates directly to your risk management team on request.
FAA Part 107
All flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command. Operations are logged in accordance with FAA record-keeping requirements and we will provide flight logs on request for your project.
Liability insurance
- $2,000,000 per-occurrence commercial aviation liability coverage.
- Coverage applies to all U.S. operations and is renewed annually.
- Certificates of insurance (COIs) naming your organization as an additional insured are available within one business day at no charge.
Airspace authorization
We are authorized to operate in controlled airspace through the FAA's LAANC system and have experience filing waivers for night operations, BVLOS (beyond visual line of sight), and operations over people where the project requires it.
Veteran-owned, Montana-based
PAI is a veteran-owned business headquartered in Bozeman, Montana. We fly anywhere in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming — and beyond on request.
Request documentation
For Part 107 certificates, COIs, or LAANC authorization records, email joshua@paimontana.com with the project name and the entity to be named on the COI.
